Specific Duties: ??Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered and aid the caller in understanding the value of the Company?? services. ??Establish rapport and engage members with Landmark by scheduling the first initial visit. ??Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions while safeguarding Protected Health Information. ??Route calls properly to support first call resolution. ??Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level. ??Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets. ??Adhere to attendance requirements. ??Other administrative duties as assigned.
