Opis stanowiska As Rockwell's Field Support Technician, you will provide services to support the on-site installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems & advanced manufacturing software applications, drive systems, manufacturing systems, industrial networks and the individual... products which comprise these systems. Travel is required, up to 25%. If you are not at a customer's site, you can work from your home office or the Rockwell Automation office in Troy, MI. You will report to the Engineering Services Manager and will be located in the Detroit, MI or suburban area. Your Responsibilities: Rockwell Automation variable frequency drive (VFD) startup, preventive maintenance, and warranty support Rockwell Automation product support Installed Base Evaluation collection activities Onsite Rockwell Automation Parts Management Agreement Audits Engineering drawing generation Installation validation Panel Inspections MCC Retrofits Grounding verifications Continuity testing I/O Checkout Network Checkouts The Essentials - You Will Have: High School Diploma or GED and Technical School Work or equivalent relevant work experience Valid Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
