Operating at the intersection of retail innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making, arenaflex is committed to using technology to serve customers better while honoring their privacy and trust. We believe that great products start with deep customer understanding, and we are constantly investing in the tools, talent, and frameworks needed to deliver meaningful insights to teams across the enterprise.

Our Customer Insights Center of Excellence sits at the heart of this mission. It is the engine that powers smarter decisions, sharper strategies, and more personalized experiences for every customer who interacts with arenaflex. We are now seeking a seasoned, strategic, and visionary Staff Product Manager – Customer Analytics & Identity Protection to lead the evolution of this critical function. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers the chance to shape the future of how an entire organization understands and protects its customers.

Position Overview

As the Staff Product Manager for the Customer Insights Center, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of the most important platforms at arenaflex. Your work will directly influence how internal teams access, analyze, and act on customer insights while maintaining the highest standards of data security, privacy, and ethical handling. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver solutions that are powerful, trustworthy, and built to scale.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder's role. You will set the vision, define the priorities, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver products that unlock customer understanding across the company. If you have a passion for customer analytics, a deep respect for data privacy, and a track record of shipping complex platform products at scale, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision and Strategy: Define and continuously evolve a multi-year product vision for the Customer Insights Center, ensuring it aligns with arenaflex's broader business objectives and customer-centric values.
  • Drive Roadmap and Execution: Build, prioritize, and communicate a clear product roadmap with well-defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Champion Data Privacy and Security: Ensure all customer analytics tools and platforms are designed and scaled to meet the highest standards of data protection, identity security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and Track KPIs: Establish meaningful performance indicators and adoption metrics that measure the success, reach, and internal value of the Customer Insights Center.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor developments in digital identity, customer analytics, data governance, and privacy regulations. Identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Ventures, Marketing, and other internal partners to deliver integrated customer analytics solutions that put privacy and customer trust first.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary voice of the Customer Insights Center, communicating strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders across arenaflex.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and partners across the organization, raising the bar for product excellence and customer-centric thinking.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
  • Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a related field, with demonstrated success delivering complex platform products.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make your application stand out:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 or more years of experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
  • A strong background in building inclusive digital experiences, including hands-on knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and a passion for embedding accessibility into every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with customer identity platforms, data clean rooms, consent management systems, or privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable narratives for diverse audiences.
  • A track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Competencies for Success

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and people leadership. You should be comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology, and customer empathy. Key competencies include:

  • Strategic Product Thinking: Ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, and business goals into a compelling product vision.
  • Data Fluency: Deep comfort with customer analytics concepts, data pipelines, identity resolution, and privacy frameworks.
  • Execution Excellence: A bias for action and a relentless focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at building trust and momentum across engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Privacy-First Mindset: Genuine commitment to ethical data use, customer trust, and regulatory compliance.
  • Curiosity and Continuous Learning: A growth-oriented approach and a desire to stay at the forefront of customer analytics and digital identity.
