Key Responsibilities

• Capture, validate, and digitize complex healthcare claim forms using arenaflex‑provided templates.
• Classify and index scanned images to ensure rapid retrieval and compliance with internal audit standards.
• Pre‑adjudicate documents, correcting data discrepancies and flagging items that require further review.
• Verify data extracted by automated tools, performing manual quality checks to maintain a sub‑1% error rate.
• Utilize multiple internal systems and source documents to cross‑reference information and resolve ambiguities.
• Maintain adherence to established procedures, data‑handling protocols, and security policies.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
• Work within assigned shift windows (6 am – 2 pm CST, 11 am – 7 pm CST, or 2 pm – 10 pm CST) and meet daily keystroke targets.

Essential Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high level of accuracy; proficiency with a ten‑key numeric keypad is required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric data and 2,500 KSPH for alphanumeric data, while keeping error rates below 1%.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, internet research, and familiarity with VPN connections.
• Basic understanding of medical claim forms and healthcare terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
