Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, ensuring gig workers receive prompt, accurate, and compassionate assistance. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Real‑time chat assistance: Respond swiftly to gig workers’ inquiries, providing clear answers and guidance through our dedicated chat platform.
  • Issue resolution: Diagnose and resolve concerns, complaints, or technical glitches with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first‑contact resolution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including product, operations, and compliance—to deliver a seamless support experience.
  • Platform expertise: Stay current on the features, updates, and integrations of the arenaflex platform and partner staffing applications.
  • Navigation support: Assist workers in navigating the arenaflex dashboard, setting up profiles, and troubleshooting any technical obstacles.
  • Advocacy & promotion: Proactively highlight the benefits, new features, and earning opportunities available on arenaflex to encourage higher engagement.
  • Documentation & escalation: Accurately log interactions, flag complex cases, and route unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Continuous improvement: Provide feedback on recurring pain points and suggest enhancements to improve the overall gig worker journey.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a customer support or chat agent, preferably within the gig economy, staffing, or related service industries.
