Your Role EverAI is launching a new vertical short drama studio, powered by a proprietary AI production stack. We're hiring a Head of Studio to own the slate, lead the team, and define what this studio becomes, reporting directly to the CEO and CTO. This is primarily a creative leadership role (70% creative vs 30% operational). We are not hiring an executive who oversees from a distance. The right person gives notes, shapes scripts, holds the quality bar, and owns delivery simultaneously. If you've scaled vertical drama at a known player and want to do it again with better tools and more autonomy, this is the seat.
