Your main tasks will be: Monitor chat conversations for 8+ hours per day Occasionally respond on behalf of companions to improve response quality Track and analyze conversation dynamics between clients and companions Evaluate Copilot performance and response quality Identify and report issues with automated replies Coordinate content creation requests (photos/videos) based on client needs We expect from you: Strong attention to detail Patience and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks Structured and systematic approach to work Understanding of customer psychology and ability to empathize with different user groups Interest in learning and working with AI tools Fast learner with a growth mindset Strong written Russian and good English skills What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; Sounds good?
