Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or two years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

  • Residency within a 75‑mile radius of the designated reporting location for the duration of the contract.
