Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the front line of support for arenaflex members, providers, and partners. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, providing accurate information about health plans, benefits, claims, and self‑service tools. You will work flexible shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to ensure that our members receive timely assistance whenever they need it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution‑focused communication.
  • Educate members on arenaflex health plans, coverage options, eligibility criteria, and cost‑sharing details such as deductibles, copays, and out‑of‑pocket maximums.
  • Navigate complex benefit scenarios, including prior authorizations, claim status investigations, and coordination of benefits with other insurers.
  • Document every interaction accurately in the arenaflex CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Escalate urgent or high‑complexity cases to the appropriate clinical or specialist teams while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Assist providers with credentialing, re‑credentialing, and portal navigation, helping them maximize the efficiency of their interactions with arenaflex.
  • Identify trends in member feedback and proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and knowledge‑base updates to stay current on policy changes, regulatory updates, and new product launches.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by reviewing recorded calls, completing audits, and contributing to performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of customer service experience in a call‑center, healthcare, or insurance environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to convey complex information in a clear, compassionate manner.
