Position Overview: Inside Chat Sales Agent

We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven sales professional who lives and breathes fitness. As an Inside Chat Sales Agent, you will be the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s flagship fitness equipment lines, engaging prospects through live chat, email, and phone to turn curiosity into commitment. This role blends consultative selling, product expertise, and exceptional customer service, all while operating within a dynamic, technology‑enabled sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads, cold‑call prospects, and referrals into satisfied customers, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build authentic, long‑lasting relationships by understanding each prospect’s fitness goals, lifestyle, and budget, then recommending the most suitable arenaflex equipment solutions.
  • Full‑Cycle Sales Execution: Guide prospects from initial contact through product demonstration, objection handling, negotiation, and final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
  • Product Mastery: Maintain deep knowledge of arenaflex’s equipment portfolio, software integrations, and emerging fitness trends to provide accurate, compelling information.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry developments, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences, feeding insights back to marketing and product teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor personal metrics, update CRM records, and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Post‑Sale Support: Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals.

  • Schedule Commitment: Work the 2 pm – 10 pm Mountain Time shift (or equivalent across time zones) with mandatory availability on Sundays; the remaining four days per week may be scheduled flexibly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably within the fitness, consumer electronics, or health‑and‑wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs.
