Core Responsibilities

  • Data Capture: Accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by health‑care providers into arenaflex’s proprietary claims platform.
  • Turnaround Management: Meet or exceed client‑defined turnaround times by processing claims expediently while maintaining a 98 % accuracy rate (minimum 8,200 keystrokes per hour).
  • Software Navigation: Efficiently retrieve claim images, PDFs, and supporting documentation using arenaflex’s imaging software, ensuring each record is correctly linked to its source.
  • Claim Type Differentiation: Identify and apply the appropriate data‑entry guidelines for various claim categories (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy, dental, and specialty services).
