Business Development Specialist – Aircraft Components

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify target product opportunities for sales teams.
  • Use military opportunity reports and industry data to uncover new business prospects.
  • Assist with the development of pricing packages and proposals for new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational policies for assigned projects.
  • Provide guidance to teams on policies and procedures related to military component contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and communicate key insights to internal teams.
  • Analyze geographic and technical trends to improve product sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed business intelligence reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Design, manage, and maintain business intelligence tools and data systems.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Generate and distribute qualified sales leads to support business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul, with a strong focus on aircraft component repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred. Benefits & Perks
