About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Product Cybersecurity at arenaflex, you will serve as a technical leader and people manager for a high-performing team of innovative cybersecurity engineers. Your team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the end-to-end security architecture of arenaflex's software products, applications, and services. You will be entrusted with creating and executing a visionary security strategy that spans our entire product portfolio.

This role is ideal for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who thrives at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and hands-on technical expertise. You will collaborate across departments, influence executive decision-making, and drive a culture of security-first thinking throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver periodic updates, training sessions, and presentations to staff and senior leadership on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
  • Provide regulatory oversight and management for cybersecurity professionals, including direct reports and contractors—covering HR administration, compensation management, and time reporting.
  • Define, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively; track progress and deliver comprehensive status reporting on work assignments, initiatives, and projects.
  • Review and assume accountability for departmental budgets, resource allocations, and financial planning.

Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and compliance standards affecting assigned areas of responsibility; proactively update policies, practices, and benchmarks to maintain alignment.

  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with functional areas across the business to champion cybersecurity awareness and advocacy.
  • Facilitate departmental activities with internal and external technology partners, business owners, and service providers.
  • Provide overall resource and project management for the department, including matching talent to projects and securing necessary resources.
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external audit organizations to facilitate seamless audit execution.

Execution and Operational Support

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and architectural designs.
  • Manage the planning, documentation, and execution of cybersecurity assessments, penetration tests, and security evaluations.
  • Coordinate remediation of non-compliant items to meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a key responder to unplanned cybersecurity and risk management events, including crisis situations requiring immediate action.
