[Remote] Junior Salesforce Administrator

They are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support their Sales and Marketing Team by managing sales systems and providing insights and analytics to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Own all things related to sales systems and work with leadership to build out an awesome instance of SFDC
- Lead on all key insights, analytics, dashboards and reports to enable both the sales teams and senior leadership to understand the health of the business
- Engage the Sales & People teams to establish a robust training and development program for our sales team
- Work cross-functionally, especially with the account/success, marketing, and product teams
- Lead on all monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc data and Market Insight requests
Skills
- Relevant experience in a relevant B2B SaaS or start-up environment
- 1-2 years experience in Salesforce Administration
- Proficiency with third-party applications Excel, Google sheets
- Proven track record of helping optimize sales in a high growth environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- The ability to get things done in a 'remote first' environment
