[Remote] Senior Salesforce Administrator (Expert Level)

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is one of the nation's leading private real estate lenders, funding thousands of real estate investors across the United States. They are seeking an elite Salesforce Administrator who can strategically enhance their Salesforce ecosystem and improve operational processes. This role involves day-to-day administration, advanced automation, reporting, and business process improvement within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Own your day-to-day administration of Salesforce
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security
  • Improve platform performance, governance, and scalability
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability
  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows
  • Create scalable automation that reduces manual work
  • Streamline operational processes across departments
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation
  • Administer and enhance Conga Composer and Conga CLM
  • Support document generation, contract workflows, and approval processes
  • Improve efficiency across lending and operational teams
  • Develop dashboards and reports used by leadership
  • Create meaningful operational metrics and KPIs
  • Deliver insights that support business growth and decision-making
  • Manage imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup projects
  • Utilize SQL, SOQL, Excel, and Data Loader tools
  • Maintain high standards for data quality and governance
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify operational challenges
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user adoption
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical platforms
  • Work alongside internal teams and external vendors
  • Help evaluate and implement future technology initiatives

Skills

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Advanced Salesforce Flow experience
  • Experience supporting medium-to-large Salesforce environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture
  • Experience with SQL, SOQL, Excel, and Data Loader
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
  • Conga Composer experience
  • Conga CLM experience
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Financial services, lending, mortgage, or real estate industry experience
