[Remote] Paid Media Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a Paid Media Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Westminster CO (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving activation and scaling of multi-channel paid media programs by building frameworks, audience strategies, and campaigning best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new paid media channels, defining audience strategies and success criteria
  • Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to enable consistent program execution across teams
  • Partner with marketing, data, and analytics teams to activate first-party data and 6sense audience segments
  • Establish governance for targeting audience segmentation, and data quality to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Build and manage third-party review programs to enhance brand credibility and drive conversions
  • Define and implement landing page and campaign best practices to optimize performance and user experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or program management roles
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel paid media strategy, audience targeting, and data activation (including platforms like 6sense)
  • Proven ability to build scalable frameworks, governance models, and cross-functional processes to drive campaign performance and growth
