[Remote] Senior Enterprise Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hyro is a leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, enabling health systems to automate workflows and conversations. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager with strong enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology to manage strategic accounts and drive expansion within healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, including expansion and upsell opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to close
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement processes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Represent Hyro at customer meetings and industry events
- Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise sales processes and strategy
Skills
- 6+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience selling into healthcare systems and complex enterprise environments
- Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
