Responsibilities
Compile, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights to inform management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in enhancing customer relationships. Develop and refine routine management-level reports to track marketing performance. Collaborate across departments to craft testing and promotional strategies aligned with company objectives. Propose and implement new marketing initiatives to drive profitability and improve customer acquisition efficiency. Design, execute, and analyze testing initiatives and marketing campaigns, providing timely insights to leadership. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure precise execution of marketing campaigns and tests. Contribute to customer profiling, segmentation analysis, data mining, and lifetime value analysis. Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing spend based on sales data attribution. Deliver ad hoc reporting, insights, and recommendations to management as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong record-keeping skills to maintain detailed and accurate marketing KPIs. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
