[Remote] Senior Human Resource Business Partner

MeridianLink is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment-related processes and policies. This role focuses on building effective employee relations programs and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Sr. HR Business Partners will act as a key contributor to the implementation of HR projects
- The role will resolve most ER issues, including those that involved any level of management, and require interviews to be conducted
- Expected to recommend changes to company policy, procedures, and forms to be compliant with new labor laws. Lead corporate communication efforts on these changes
- Sr. HR Business Partners will Establish and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partners with management and an advocate for employees
- Responsible for acting as a resource on human resources policies and procedures such as payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development
- Expected to consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
Skills
- Ability to assess unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify the cause
- Ability to resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach
- Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues
- Ability to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requires persuasion
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Preferred experience with ADP
