[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting processes for software engineering roles and collaborating with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions
- Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent
- Develop a deep understanding of Figma’s business and products and communicate this effectively with candidates
- Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics
- Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies
Skills
- 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Proven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategies
- Extensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trends
- Experience collaborating with functional leaders and cross-functional partners to navigate complex offer scenarios and resolve candidate objections
- Prior experience in analytics recruiting
- Experience using Figma's products
- A team-first mentality, embracing learning, growing, and shared success with recruiting colleagues
- Experience using Gem and Greenhouse
