[Remote] Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pavago is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile products. This role involves UX thinking, UI design, user research, and product problem-solving while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct: User interviews, Usability testing, Surveys
- Create: User flows, Personas, Journey maps
- Design and prototype experiences using: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Translate ideas into: Wireframes, Clickable prototypes, Responsive layouts
- Design polished web and mobile interfaces
- Create reusable: Components, Typography systems, Color systems
- Maintain scalable design systems for consistency
- Design with usability and accessibility in mind
- Follow WCAG standards
- Ensure responsive experiences across devices
- Work closely with: Product Managers, Developers, Stakeholders
- Support handoffs using: Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, InVision
- Research user behavior and feedback
- Design wireframes and prototypes
- Create polished UI designs
- Collaborate with developers and product managers
- Improve workflows based on testing and feedback
Skills
- 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing: UX thinking, UI craftsmanship
- Experience with: User flows, Prototypes, Responsive design
- Strong understanding of: UX principles, Usability, Accessibility
- Experience designing: SaaS platforms, Consumer applications, Enterprise software
- Understanding of: HTML/CSS fundamentals, Analytics and A/B testing
- Experience scaling design systems
