[Remote] Technical Support Engineer - Cloud Security Start Up Vendor

StealthWatch is partnering with an innovative cloud security start-up that is looking to hire its first Technical Support Engineer in the US. This role involves providing technical support for enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex issues in cloud-native environments, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance the support experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise customers
- Investigating and resolving issues within cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to identify and address product issues
- Managing escalations and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Developing knowledge base content and support documentation
- Helping establish and improve support processes as the business grows
Skills
- Previous experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Support Engineer, Site Reliability, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience troubleshooting within cloud-native environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
