[Remote] Full Stack Engineering Manager

They are seeking a Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in developing cloud-native applications and distributed systems while balancing technical leadership and people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and supporting cloud-native applications and distributed systems
- Balance technical leadership with people management, helping drive project delivery, architectural decisions, and team development
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting production applications
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Cognito, and SQS/SNS
- Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar database technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments such as EKS
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
- Ability to lead technical discussions, review architecture, and mentor engineering teams
- Experience working in regulated or security-focused environments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Design organizations
