[Remote] Vice President Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forrer Group, Inc. is a private equity backed services firm that is rapidly growing through M&A. They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the integration process and act as a bridge between the M&A team and long-term operations, with a focus on building a national platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Playbook: Refine and execute a repeatable integration playbook covering legal, HR, vendor transitions, and branding
  • Systems Migration: Lead the migration of all acquired businesses to core tech stack
  • Hands-on Leadership: Work directly with branch managers (former owners) to stabilize operations post-close and remove back-office burdens
  • KPI Alignment: Establish dashboard to ensure daily visibility into performance

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience including - PMI within an acquisitive company, Big Four PMI, management consulting, or PE portfolio operations
  • Equally comfortable out in the field or in a local branch office, training staff and troubleshooting data migrations
  • Experience leading successful change management initiatives
  • Travel: up to 50%
