Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support their end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing recruitment projects, and collaborating with team members to enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination
- Identify and engage qualified talent through sourcing strategies and market research
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Continuously learn recruitment best practices and contribute to process improvements

- Strong experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related people-focused functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
