Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support their end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing recruitment projects, and collaborating with team members to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination
• Identify and engage qualified talent through sourcing strategies and market research
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Continuously learn recruitment best practices and contribute to process improvements
