[Remote] IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical projects in the supply chain and warehouse technology domain. The role involves leading the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS, Daifuku WES, and MHE solutions
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting
• Coordinate IT, operations, engineering, and vendor teams
• Drive requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
• Support distribution center technology initiatives and infrastructure projects
• Ensure successful delivery of supply chain and warehouse technology programs

Skills

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
• Strong background supporting Distribution Centers, Warehouses, and Supply Chain operations
• Proven experience leading WMS, WES, and MHE implementations
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (required)
• Experience with Daifuku WES or similar Warehouse Execution Systems
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation, logistics, and distribution center technologies
• Experience managing projects in a Waterfall environment
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Retail or Distribution Center project experience
• ServiceNow experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live planning
