[Remote] Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant || 100% REMOTE - W2 Only, ANY VISA

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation. The consultant will collaborate closely with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a key bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation partners, and technical teams
• Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and P2P
• Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design workshops
• Configure Oracle Financials modules aligned with business needs and best practices
• Lead and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with functional requirements
• Support production cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Work with technical teams on FBDI templates and data load processes
• Provide functional input for integrations with external systems such as tax engines and banking platforms
• Support reporting requirements using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Collaborate with technical teams on API and integration validation

Skills

• Bachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field
• Minimum 12 Years Of Experience Required
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials
• Minimum 2 3 Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Solid understanding of accounting principles including journals, P&L, and balance sheet
• Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including testing and cutover
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS/FAH)
• Exposure to integrations using OIC or web services
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Background in finance or accounting is a plus
