[Remote] Regional Recruiter

Lineage is a logistics services company seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple warehouse facilities while working remotely. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, and developing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple facilities within a designated region—from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Drive high-volume hiring success by building and maintaining strong pipelines of hourly warehouse talent
- Partner with HR and operations leaders to develop recruiting strategies that support business needs and promote diverse hiring practices
- Get creative with sourcing, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract top talent
- Move candidates efficiently through the process by screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring workflows
- Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience through structured intake meetings, interview preparation, and post-interview debriefs
- Track and measure success by reporting on key recruiting metrics and productivity goals
- Represent the company brand at virtual and onsite hiring events, including job fairs and networking opportunities
Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-volume or hourly hiring
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM (Workday Recruiting preferred)
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and social sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused on results
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
- Ability to travel up to 10% for hiring events or business needs
