As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Position Overview: As a Remote Virtual Assistant specializing in cold calling, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and securing meetings with potential clients. You will be responsible for leveraging provided lead lists, employing effective communication strategies, and representing our company in a professional manner to schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities • Utilize provided lead lists to make outbound cold calls to potential clients. • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads and book meetings with them. • Follow up with the clients for the appointments. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled using CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Qualifications • Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in using cold email & cold calling software (e.g., smartlead.ai, GoHighLevel) preferred. • Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely. • Available to work 30-36 hours per week Apply Job!
