[Remote] Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking an Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead to spearhead the delivery of critical EHS, Risk, Compliance, and Sustainability technology solutions. This role focuses on leading end-to-end Enablon implementations and ensuring project execution meets quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders for effective solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Enablon implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
• Independently manage project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Design and implement NABASIC-based development for Enablon modules as per business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and drive alignment
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, including status updates, risk management, and issue resolution
• Configure and customize Enablon applications, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Architect and code custom configurations using NABASIC scripting to meet precise business process workflows
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to provide advisory guidance, define project scope, and resolve technical challenges
• Oversee application lifecycle testing, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Skills

• Hands-on Enablon experience (8-10 years)
• NABASIC scripting and development (8-10 years)
• Solid understanding of EHS, Risk, Compliance, or Sustainability modules within Enablon (8-10 years)
• Proven ability to independently drive one-to-end project completion
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Testing experience (unit, system, and user acceptance testing)
