They are seeking a strategic Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-profile US clients, driving client success and growth through strong relationships and product expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own Your Client Portfolio
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions inside each account, becoming an indispensable strategic partner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of US-based clients across sports rights holders, broadcasting, OTT platforms, and media
  • Drive client success by understanding their business goals and connecting them to LiveLike’s capabilities in meaningful, measurable ways
  • Deliver Strategic Value
  • Serve as a product expert, proactively educating clients on new features, use cases, and best practices that drive fan engagement and revenue
  • Partner with clients to define success metrics, review performance, and present data-driven insights that demonstrate ROI
  • Translate client feedback and market signals into clear internal briefs for our Product and Engineering teams
  • Drive Growth & Retention
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within your accounts, working with Sales to develop upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Lead renewal conversations with confidence, backed by strong relationships and demonstrated business impact
  • Proactively flag risks, resolve escalations swiftly, and turn challenges into reasons clients trust us more
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to manage project delivery, set expectations, and keep clients ahead of the curve
  • Maintain meticulous records in JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace to ensure full transparency across teams
  • Contribute to the playbooks and processes that will define how LiveLike scales its client success function globally

Skills

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles within tech, SaaS, or digital media
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and navigate large organizations with confidence
  • Outstanding communication skills, you can simplify the complex, inspire confidence, and hold a room
  • Strong commercial instincts: you understand retention, growth, and how to tie product value to business outcomes
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift and no two days are the same
  • Fluency with tools like Slack, JIRA, and Google Workspace
  • Experience in sports technology, broadcast media, fan engagement, or OTT/streaming platforms
  • Familiarity with digital product lifecycles and a working knowledge of technical workflows
  • Experience with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to account strategy
