[Remote] Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations- Oncology

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integra Connect is a value-based, precision medicine company specializing in solutions for providers, patients, life science, and EMS companies. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee engagements with key industry partners in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day Project Lead on client-facing engagements
• Develop and execute project plans, including progression towards key milestones and deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Integra Cloud, Analytics, Product Development, and Sales to generate client deliverables and ensure on-time delivery of client outputs
• Develop and manage robust communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, including status updates and client / Integra steering committee updates
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and goals
• Create materials and presentations for executive and C-suite audiences
• Partners with sales lead to develop and foster relationships at new and existing accounts to identify future client opportunities
• Participate in the sales cycle from opportunity identification to SOW development in partnership with the sales team

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in the sciences, business administration, or related field
• 7-10 years of progressing client-facing experience with involvement in project management and/or client services, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and competencies
• Experience in the healthcare/life sciences
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Proven experience creating, reviewing, and enhancing customer-facing presentations and deliverables
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to translate technical and non-technical content to various audiences
• Ability to travel 10-30%
• Oncology experience is required
• This position requires candidates to reside in either the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones
• Master's Degree preferred
• Management consulting background preferred
