[Remote] Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Partnership Employment is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to enhance their risk management framework. The role involves identifying and monitoring enterprise-wide risks, supporting risk assessments, and preparing reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Apply broad organizational knowledge to identify, assess, monitor, and track enterprise-wide risks across business functions
• Support the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's risk management framework, including associated policies, standards, and procedures. Contribute to core risk management activities such as risk assessments, incident management, governance reporting, risk tolerance monitoring, model oversight, insurance coordination, and risk metric tracking
• Evaluate critical business processes to determine the effectiveness of controls and risk mitigation practices. Maintain and enhance risk and control inventories, process mappings, and governance records within the organization's risk management platform
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across departments to assess, prioritize, and address key risks. Facilitate risk assessments and support the design, implementation, and documentation of controls, standards, and operational processes
• Coordinate the identification, documentation, analysis, and reporting of operational incidents and emerging risk events. Gather information from multiple stakeholders and data sources to perform root-cause analysis, risk evaluation, and trend monitoring
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, executive committees, and governance bodies. Provide support for audits, regulatory reviews, strategic initiatives, projects, and risk-related meetings
• Assist in developing and delivering risk awareness, training, and educational materials that promote a strong risk culture and support organizational objectives
