[Remote] Commercial Account Executive

The Commercial Account Executive will manage a book of business, convert inbound demand into new customers, and build an outbound pipeline while ensuring a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of business within the Commercial segment, managing opportunities from discovery through close
- Convert inbound demand into new customers through thoughtful discovery and clear value articulation
- Build outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective customers who can benefit from Tremendous
- Manage a steady pipeline of opportunities across multiple industries and use cases
- Run efficient sales cycles while ensuring a strong customer experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer acquisition and expansion
- Identify patterns in successful deals and share insights that help improve our broader sales motion
- Continuously refine your approach based on data, feedback, and experimentation
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- 2+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong discovery and qualification skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Clear, concise written communication; we are a documentation-first company
- High ownership mentality; you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing pipeline and forecasts
