[Remote] Dealer Fleet Sales Manager

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is one of the world's largest tire companies, and they are seeking a Dealer Fleet Sales Manager to drive sell-out performance across assigned dealer locations. This role focuses on building relationships with fleet customers, securing new accounts, and increasing market share while supporting operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships
- Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts
- Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Develop strategies and supporting tactics aligned with Goodyear’s Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts
- Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and deliver strong return on investment for both parties
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and convey product value
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, set goals, and deliver results
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills, combined with adaptability in fast-paced environments and working knowledge of CRM tools and sales technologies
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales background preferred
