[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will prepare technical reports, mentor staff, and assist with environmental assessments and proposals, while actively developing their career within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare due diligence (ASTM Phase I/Phase II) reports and mentor staff through due diligence projects
• Gather, analyze, and interpret technical data
• Prepare environmental technical reports
• Mentor staff through the collection of soil, soil vapor, water, and/or air samples utilizing different sampling techniques
• Prepare Florida-specific regulatory reports, environmental site assessments, and assist projects through remediation
• Assistance with the preparation of proposals and scopes of work
• Actively develop your own career growth with opportunities to assist with field and reporting tasks
• Work directly with staff and management-level team members with field and reporting responsibilities

Skills

• BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering or other related field
• 4+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and technical report preparation
• Experience with Florida-specific environmental programs and familiarity with South Florida hydrogeology
• The ability to successfully multi-task, strong safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices
• Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Reside in S. Florida
• Professional license track preferred (P.G. or P.E.)
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
• Light remediation construction experience/hands-on skills a plus
