[Remote] Product Operations Manager

The Product Operations Manager role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness and scalability of the product organization by coordinating product initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This position involves improving workflows, capturing product feedback, and supporting internal teams for successful product execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive execution of product and feature launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness
• Own and continuously improve scalable processes for capturing, organizing, and communicating product feedback and enhancement requests
• Submit, assign, and manage support cases, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with clients
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into product priorities, progress, and outcomes
• Support internal readiness by ensuring teams have the necessary information, documentation, and resources for new releases
• Proactively identify gaps and drive improvements to operational efficiency and consistency across product-related workflows
• Contribute to the refinement of tools, templates, and processes that enable the product organization to scale effectively
• Facilitate communication and alignment across Product, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders
• Surface trends and insights from customer and internal feedback to help inform product prioritization and decision-making

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, project coordination, product management, or related roles within a SaaS environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, or Marketing teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
