[Remote] Implementation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spreedly is the world's leading Open Payments Platform, providing infrastructure for businesses to connect to various payment gateways. The Implementation Consultant will lead complex implementations for strategic clients, ensuring timely launches and high customer satisfaction through effective project management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates
• Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature, utilizing standardized project management methodologies to ensure technical accuracy, timely go-lives, and long-term client success
• Work closely with the customer, sales engineering and account management to understand customer requirements and manage expectations
• Create comprehensive project plans, including critical milestones, dependencies, and aggressive enterprise go-live dates
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans and meeting agendas that align stakeholder objectives with project milestones, ensuring long-term relationship health and project success
• Maintain regular correspondence with project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance
• Communicate relevant client feedback to Spreedly product management, engineering, operations, sales and marketing functions
• Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across all onboarding channels

Skills

• 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience, including experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding/implementation
• Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies is a must
• Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate
• Ability to think and plan strategically, along with the initiative to execute tactically
• Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and translate complex technical detail across all project stakeholders with clarity
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Ability to travel as needed and required by the client and/or business (up to 10%)
