[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager, Data Product Pipelines

This role involves hands-on program ownership in a senior delivery position, requiring expertise in managing technical programs and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- This is a senior delivery position with real accountability, embedded directly in the teams doing the most technically demanding data work in the organization
- This is not a coordination role
- It's a hands-on program ownership position for someone who moves fast, communicates clearly, and isn't afraid to get into the details
Skills
- PMP certification
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs in Agile environments
- Expert-level Jira usage — sprint management, backlog grooming, dependency tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Gantt charts for multi-workstream programs
- Deep experience on Data Product Pipeline projects or comparable large-scale, data-intensive technical programs
- Ability to run structured stand-ups that drive outcomes, not status updates
- Strong executive communication skills — you write and present with precision
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working directly inside the technical details when the situation calls for it
- Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform architecture
- Experience with tools like dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar modern data stack components
- Exposure to enterprise data governance or data quality programs
- SAFe or other scaled Agile framework certification
