Position Overview

arenaflex is urgently hiring Remote Live Chat Support Specialists to join our growing customer engagement team. In this part-time, work-from-home role, you will engage with website visitors and social media audiences on behalf of our partner businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages, answer customer questions, share promotional links, and offer discounts — all through written communication on platforms like Facebook Messenger, website chat widgets, and other online messaging tools.

This is not a phone-based or face-to-face role. Every interaction you have will be conducted online, allowing you to work in a quiet, comfortable environment without the pressures of verbal customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to Live Chat Messages: Engage with website visitors and social media users in real time, providing friendly, accurate, and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Addressing Customer Inquiries: Help customers navigate product offerings, service details, pricing, and general company information. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our partner businesses.
  • Sharing Sales Links and Promotional Offers: When appropriate, distribute discount codes, promotional links, and special offers to interested customers, helping drive conversions and sales.
  • Copying and Pasting Information: Utilize pre-approved scripts, product details, and FAQ responses to deliver consistent and accurate information to customers.
  • Maintaining Brand Voice and Standards: Represent each partner business professionally, adhering to their tone, guidelines, and communication standards.
  • Documenting Interactions: Keep brief records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to help improve overall service quality.
  • Working Independently: Manage your own schedule and tasks with minimal supervision, staying productive and motivated throughout your shift.
