We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Contract Member Support Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic member services team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with our members to help them navigate their healthcare benefits, understand how the arenaflex program works, locate the right healthcare providers for their unique needs, and ensure they successfully receive reimbursement for eligible claims. About the Role

This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to become an expert on arenaflex's innovative product, operational workflows, and the diverse needs of our valued members. As a frontline representative, you will provide support across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, ensuring that every member interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and empathy. This is a six-month contract role with an anticipated start date of June 3rd, 2024, and Associates are expected to work a scheduled eight-hour shift within our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Coverage flexibility is essential to ensure we provide seamless support to all arenaflex users across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Member Service: Provide outstanding support to arenaflex members via phone, chat, and email, offering education, guidance, and personalized assistance to help them understand and fully utilize their benefits while connecting them with the right healthcare providers for their specific needs.
  • Follow Best Practices: Adhere to documented best practices for handling member inquiries, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction, while proactively suggesting process improvements that enhance the member experience.
  • Organize and Manage Workload: Effectively manage and organize your daily workload using arenaflex's proprietary platform and tools, including Zendesk and Google Suite, to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all member interactions.
  • Triage and Escalate: Identify and appropriately triage complex, urgent, or sensitive member care needs, escalating them to the appropriate teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain Product Expertise: Develop and retain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer-sponsored health benefits, insurance processes, and the arenaflex platform to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Relay Member Feedback: Act as the voice of our members by capturing and relaying valuable feedback to leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement of arenaflex's solutions and member experience.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to ensure you are always providing the most accurate and helpful information to our members.

Compensation and Benefits

The non-negotiable hourly rate for this position is $17–$19 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience and expertise.
