What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Program Manager at arenaflex, you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of enterprise healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will span strategic advisory, program leadership, revenue collaboration, and risk mitigation:

Strategic Client Partnership

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, health insurance payers, and large provider systems.
  • Develop deep understanding of each client's business objectives, operational challenges, and growth strategies to position arenaflex as an indispensable partner.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and strategic planning sessions that showcase the measurable impact of the arenaflex platform.

Data-Driven Value Realization

  • Guide clients in evaluating and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data surfaced through the arenaflex platform.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive business improvement and clinical or operational excellence.
  • Partner with internal analytics and product teams to ensure clients are leveraging the full breadth of platform capabilities.

Program and Stakeholder Management

  • Orchestrate cross-functional project teams—including implementation, product, engineering, and support—to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across all levels of client organizations, from end users to C-suite executives.
  • Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and deploy mitigation strategies that protect client relationships and arenaflex's reputation.

Revenue Growth and Expansion

  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Team to identify, qualify, and close upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop account growth plans that align client maturity, adoption metrics, and strategic priorities with new product capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights that inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Thought Leadership and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to provide clients with forward-looking strategic guidance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of arenaflex's customer success playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a role model for client-centric excellence across the organization.

What You Bring: Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need a strong foundation in B2B client management, healthcare domain knowledge, and the leadership presence to operate at the executive level:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a closely related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Client-Facing Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a B2B client-facing role such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Executive, or similar.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels—from frontline analysts to C-suite executives.
  • Technical Agility: Comfort navigating web-based applications, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be fluent in translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Adaptability: A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who bring the following experiences will be prioritized for this role:

  • SaaS Expertise: At least 5 years of experience working in or with SaaS organizations, ideally in a customer success, account management, or product-led growth capacity.
  • Healthcare Industry Depth: At least 5 years of experience within the healthcare ecosystem, including direct exposure to pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, or health insurance payers.
  • Data Synthesis Mastery: Advanced ability to synthesize, interpret, and present both qualitative and quantitative data, transforming raw insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Regulatory Familiarity: Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, value-based care models, payer-provider dynamics).
  • Change Management Acumen: Experience guiding enterprise clients through organizational change, digital transformation, or platform adoption initiatives.
