Act as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving customer issues ? Build and maintain relationships with clients, answering product questions via email, phone, and live chat ? Provide best-practice consulting and product training to help customers utilize software effectively ? Investigate and diagnose system issues, developing and implementing solutions ? Adhere to updated policies and standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Strong computer skills and ability to multitask ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Availability to work shifts ranging from 7am CST to 7pm CST (M-F) How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? Bachelor?s degree ? 1 years of relevant experience ? Customer Service Experience ?
