Job Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, driving brand awareness, and increasing online engagement
• Planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
• Being actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and content creation to improve search engine rankings
• Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, and organizing their distribution through various channels to engage with our audience
• Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating our website to ensure a seamless user experience
• Collaborating with designers to improve user experience and ensure consistency across all digital channels
• Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends
• Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date to stay ahead of the competition
• Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns Job Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM principles
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends
• Skills and experience in creative content writing, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
