[Remote] Field Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vanta Diagnostics is a rapidly growing national laboratory that delivers targeted molecular diagnostics to improve clinical and economic outcomes. They are seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote and educate healthcare providers on their product portfolio while managing a territory plan to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions
- Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements
