You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable. Compensation

Highlights Base Pay: Salaries starting at $20 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience Training completion bonus for those that have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview) Bonus details will be provided during training Pay frequency: Weekly pay Schedule Highlights Schedules can fall between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Central Time, and will be assigned based on business needs

Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through health plan options Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and care Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team

Qualifications

Active resident Health Insurance Producer License Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/Sagility) High School Diploma or equivalent 6+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment 6+ months of consultative sales experience Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close At BroadPath, a Sagility Company, we believe that transparency, authenticity, and collaboration are the keys to building strong, connected remote teams.
