Your Responsibilities Manage day-to-day publishing across multiple social platforms Optimise images, captions, thumbnails and formats for platform performance Create engaging social graphics (Photoshop, Canva or similar) Edit short-form video content for social distribution Monitor performance data and adjust strategy accordingly Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy and format Identify trending topics and reactive content opportunities Collaborate with editorial to maximise story performance Explore and implement AI tools to improve ideation, creative production and analysis Our Perks Competitive compensation. Experience and Skills Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale, specifically Facebook Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviour Ability to create compelling static social imagery Basic short-form video editing skills Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools Strong interest in sport and sports media Experience in digital publishing or media Familiarity with monetisation strategies across social platforms Comfort experimenting with AI tools and automation workflows
