Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our nationwide remote team as Call Center Customer Relations Specialists. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for pharmacy customers calling our dedicated 1‑800‑SHOP‑ARENAFLEX line. You will act as a trusted advocate, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering an experience that reflects our heart‑centered values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and letters from pharmacy customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Research, interpret, and communicate arenaflex policies, procedures, and program details to customers.
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy services, product offerings, and promotional programs.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in paid training programs and ongoing development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) consecutive year of experience in a customer service or inbound call‑center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex program details clearly.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proven track record of diligent follow‑up.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and the ability to toggle between multiple applications seamlessly.
  • Experience using arenaflex Windows‑based applications and arenaflex Office suite (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts between 9 am – 8 pm EST, including weekends, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy‑related environment or retail setting.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and a productive home office setup.
