Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed functional requirements for Voice‑of‑Customer (VoC) initiatives.

• Leverage Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, PySpark, and Python to build high‑performance batch and real‑time data pipelines.
• Implement rigorous data quality checks, validation routines, and automated testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Produce clear, concise documentation of data definitions, metric calculations, and analytical methodologies for cross‑functional consumption.
