Role Overview

As a dedicated member of the arenaflex support team, you will work remotely from a comfortable home office, providing top‑tier assistance to our global clientele. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will span from handling live chat and email tickets to creating eye‑catching product renders, managing social media outreach, and negotiating with vendors. You will also be responsible for generating shipping labels, processing orders, and ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused support via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and close sales opportunities with a consultative approach.
  • Generate and print shipping labels using arenaflex’s integrated logistics platform.
  • Resolve payment disputes on arenaflex and arenaflex platforms, ensuring swift and fair outcomes.
  • Calculate product pricing, apply discounts, and create accurate invoices.
  • Design product mockups, renders, and promotional graphics using arenaflex and arenaflex tools.
  • Leverage arenaflex‑powered AI tools to produce fresh content, blog snippets, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, schedule collaborations, and track campaign performance.
